thanks! i usually hit the gym about 3 times a week (because i work two jobs, finding the time really is difficult) and i usually spend about an hour combining different strength and cardio excercises.
one of my fave things to do is zumba, and i think its an awesome full body workout as well! dont forget to lift, it seriously makes the biggest difference to me.
as for eating, i try to stick to a mainly clean diet, lots of fruit and veg, lean protein, and whole grains. no matter what anyone says, a balanced diet that contains all the food groups really is the best way to go. just make sure that you make healthy choices like swapping out white bread for whole wheat and simple thigns like that!
